The Territory Field Admissions Representatives will have the distinct pleasure of finding passionate and motivated students who have a desire to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute. This position will be responsible for creating excitement and awareness surrounding Universal Technical Institute’s programs in a territory the majority of which is greater than 120 miles from a Universal Technical Institute campus. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer –focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate and positively impact individuals. One should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships, and must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures. This position is responsible for supporting in-house legal teams in a wide range of corporate legal, compliance and regulatory projects that have strategic impact to the business. Paralegals provide comprehensive legal support for transactional, regulatory, compliance, litigation, and other initiatives. It is imperative this position stay abreast of compliance functions pertaining to education. This role works with government departments and accreditors, providing reporting and information as needed. Paralegals collaborate extensively with the Chief Legal Officer’s Executive Assistant, providing backup and continuity of administrative support to the legal team.

The Academic and Career Advisor provides support and guidance throughout a student’s lifecycle to ensure students are positioned for success in all facets of their academic journey.  The Academic and Career Advisor will work with students assigned to them from before the first day of class to graduation and beyond, providing academic and career advising. This position is responsible for helping students secure employment, navigate academic requirements, creating a sense of campus community through events and activities, and addressing concerns that may impact a student’s ability to persist.  

Perform activities in support of meeting prospective students and other visitors, answering phone calls, and miscellaneous clerical duties. The Front Desk Coordinator often serves as the first impression of UTI, therefore, the ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly is critical for success in this role. Additionally, the person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others, ranging from potential students and their families to other employees at UTI and our industry partners.   As Brand ambassador for guest experience, the ideal candidate for this role will be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.  Detail-oriented work is also a focus of this job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently to maintain and grow relationships with external and internal customers.

They will utilize state of the art audiovisual equipment and workshop exercises to enhance the technician’s automotive knowledge.   Work closely with OEM on all curriculum updates and participate in periodic Train-the-Trainer events with OEM.
