The Director of Construction Management leads the execution of new construction and renovation projects across owned and leased facilities, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role manages and develops Construction Managers, oversees contractor performance and field execution, and serves as the primary owner’s representative and escalation point during construction. The Director partners closely with the Senior Director of Design & Construction to ensure seamless handoff from design through construction and turnover while strengthening internal construction management capabilities.   Pay Range: $120,000 - $163,000

The Senior Project Manager provides the coordination, direction, and implementation of all projects across the Marketing department. This position includes maintaining the team’s efficiency, effectiveness, and resource optimization for marketing projects to include project intake, prioritization, vetting, team assignments, project execution and on time deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This position will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.   Pay Range: $84,000 - $111,000
