What We Offer:

 

  • $20-25 per hour
  • Weekends OFF
  • Schedule: 7am-4pm M-F w/ some Saturdays throughout the year.  (must be flexible with schedule when events are at the campus)  1 week every six weeks this schedule will work 4 10hr days. 8:30a-7:30p

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

  • Guide students through the job search process, from resume creation to interview preparation.
  • Organize and coordinate career fairs, employer visits, and other career-related events.
  • Provide personalized career counseling sessions to help students understand and navigate their career options.
  • Promote advanced training opportunities through informative presentations and guidance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of student and graduate employment records in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, high-volume phone, or sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
