Join us as a Human Resources Coordinator where you will play a vital role in supporting our Campus President and the entire campus team. Your focus on key Human Resources activities will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our campus and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Campus President, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing communications effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all campus HR inquiries, processing paperwork, conducting new hire orientations, and assisting with benefits.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from organizing interviews and pre-employment screenings to creating compelling new hire offers.
  • Assist with critical accreditation, regulatory, and campus-specific activities, ensuring compliance and smooth site visits.
  • Oversee campus-specific processes like payroll coordination, student accident reporting, and maintaining the OSHA 300 log.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED Required
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of administrative experience; prior Human Resources experience preferred
  • Key Skills:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with employees and stakeholders
  • excellent organizational abilities,
  • effective written and verbal communication
  • adept at multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
