The Local Admissions Marketing Manager (LAMM) drives local marketing and admissions activity in their perspective market by coordinating the representation of UTI/MMI at High schools, industry related on-campus and community events such as car shows, festivals, dealership receptions, and campus open houses. The LAMM will be the main contact and emcee for these events and must enjoy making connections with people while motivating and inspiring them to follow their dreams. Therefore, a self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.  Particular emphasis will be placed on building relationships with industry contacts, High school and community leaders in order to increase visibility for the campus in that local market. The job environment is fast-paced, results oriented and requires strong initiative and self-direction; as well as frequent travel, working weekends and evenings are necessary in order to achieve success.

The Director Financial Aid help change student lives every day while serving as the Financial Aid and Default Management expert for the campus. The successful candidate will be a self-disciplined person who can cultivate positive, supportive relationships with Financial Aid team members, lending institutions, guarantee agencies, and regulatory entities as well as build strong ties between the campus and corporate home office. The work is faster-than-average and requires a confident leadership style that encourages results-driven, task-oriented collaboration. Must have the ability to engage, motivate and build an effective team using a lively and inclusive communication style. She/he must also be able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with issues while collaborating in a customer-focused manner with other campus departments like Admissions and Student Services.   The Learning Resource Center Specialist position serves as the main point-of-contact for students using the Learning Resource Center.  Must have Airframe and Powerplant License to help our students pass the tests for our Aviation Maintenance Technician.   Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, student check-in and check-out, assistance with computer-based learning systems, basic computer guidance, course tutoring, and general student assistance and development.       

The Advanced Training Recruitment Advisor partners with the Advanced Training Director and Managers and Financial Aid Advisor to ensure students complete all necessary steps to successfully start school. They guide, create awareness, encourage engagement, and foster student excitement prior to program start while providing support and ensuring key deadlines are met by graduate re-enrollment students. Throughout the process the Advisor delivers Service Excellence by providing clear and accurate information, and keeping the student focused on starting their education at UTI/MMI/MIAT. Provides financial aid support to the campuses by reviewing ISIRS, completing verification, resolving rejected ISIRS, C-codes, and Conflicting Information.  Ensures timely and accurate processing of all documents related to these tasks.

The ideal candidate in this role will have great attention to detail, strong concern for the exact correctness of work, and will have the ability to multi-task while managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. A candidate who takes their work seriously and can work at a faster-than-average pace will be most suited for success as an Active Student Specialist.

Supports retention and completion efforts through advising and supporting students with any academic, attendance or personal issues.  Has extensive technical knowledge of each area of Student Services to provide back up support as needed.
