The instructor’s primary responsibilities are to provide active and effective learning for students in all applicable educational settings, act as professional and academic role models and commit to student satisfaction. This includes teaching in classrooms, labs, and outside the classroom during campus and student activities. This role performs general office functions, supports compliance and accreditation efforts, and coordinates onboarding documentation for new hires. This position also plays a key role in organizing campus events, maintaining records, and supporting communication across departments.

In addition to the day-to-day role of Financial Aid Director, the Senior Financial Aid Director provides leadership support for the campus teams and other Financial Aid Directors within the organization on an as needed basis. This leader also provides subject matter expertise within the field of Financial Aid on a regular, ongoing basis.
