The Territory Field Admissions Representatives will have the distinct pleasure of finding passionate and motivated students who have a desire to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute. This position will be responsible for creating excitement and awareness surrounding Universal Technical Institute’s programs in a territory the majority of which is greater than 120 miles from a Universal Technical Institute campus. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer –focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate and positively impact individuals. One should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships, and must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures. One must also work independently in a fast paced and results oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize time.    *This is a remote position, however, it will require the candidate to currently live and travel throught the Ventura, CA Area*

Our Lead Maintenance Technicians are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workflow in the maintenance department. Upon direction from Leadership, the Lead Maintenance Tech will direct the work for the facility staff and oversee projects. Maintaining the campus with a high level of pride is integral to the success of our students who are looking to change their lives through technical training. The ideal candidate has experience in several of the repair and construction trades such as painting and dry wall repair, plumbing, electrical, welding and HVAC repair. Basic computer skills are needed and experience using forklifts and Scissor lifts are a plus.

The Facilities Director is responsible for the overall campus maintenance of our 100,000 square foot Dallas/Ft. Worth campus.  The ideal candidate for our Facilities Director must possess a strong understanding of facilities and maintenance operations as well as have extensive leadership experience including directly leading and developing a team of three or more employees. UTI prides itself on the remarkable condition of our facilities and expects that same level of pride and commitment from the Facilities Director as well. We also expect our Facilities Director to have the ability to create and maintain a safe working environment for students and employees and offer a high level of customer service while ensuring campus security. Additionally, she/he must be able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with timely, practical and cost effective solutions for dealing with issues while collaborating in a customer-focused manner with other campus departments.

The Education Manager is a hands-on supervisor who coaches and develops a team of Instructors. This role will focus on having a positive impact on student enrollments, retention and profitability while fostering teamwork and ensuring the highest standard and consistent education delivery.
