What We Offer:

  • $75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire diverse teams in Student Services for top performance.
  • Develop visionary plans for student experience enhancement and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve campus goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Accreditation and Licensing requirements through audits and staff training.
  • Drive departmental success by meeting goals like scheduling metrics and student satisfaction.
  • Lead the Student Services team through coaching, mentoring, and staff development.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum five years leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in an administrative position in the Student Services office of a public or approved private post-secondary school is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • People and leadership skills and abilities.
