  The Learning Resource Center Specialist position serves as the main point-of-contact for students using the Learning Resource Center.  Must have Airframe and Powerplant License to help our students pass the tests for our Aviation Maintenance Technician.   Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, student check-in and check-out, assistance with computer-based learning systems, basic computer guidance, course tutoring, and general student assistance and development.

The Academic and Career Advisor provides support and guidance throughout a student’s lifecycle to ensure students are positioned for success in all facets of their academic journey.  The Academic and Career Advisor will work with students assigned to them from before the first day of class to graduation and beyond, providing academic and career advising. This position is responsible for helping students secure employment, navigate academic requirements, creating a sense of campus community through events and activities, and addressing concerns that may impact a student’s ability to persist.  

Perform activities in support of meeting prospective students and other visitors, answering phone calls, and miscellaneous clerical duties. The Front Desk Coordinator often serves as the first impression of UTI, therefore, the ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly is critical for success in this role. Additionally, the person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others, ranging from potential students and their families to other employees at UTI and our industry partners.   As Brand ambassador for guest experience, the ideal candidate for this role will be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.  Detail-oriented work is also a focus of this job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently to maintain and grow relationships with external and internal customers.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Mercedes-Benz Dealership Technician Training Instructor.   Position Overview: Working in concert with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) personnel deliver curriculum at various OEM Learning & Performance Centers, or other OEM locations.  This position will provide instruction, coaching, technical expertise and encouragement while allowing technicians or students structured opportunities to improve their own proficiency. They will utilize state of the art audiovisual equipment and workshop exercises to enhance the technician’s automotive knowledge.   Work closely with OEM on all curriculum updates and participate in periodic Train-the-Trainer events with OEM.
