The Vice President of Total Rewards leads the compensation & benefits functions. This requires management, design, and implementation of innovative, best-in-class rewards strategies to attract, reward and retain top talent. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role is a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating to develop a total rewards strategy that help drives the company’s success. This position is the functional expert in total rewards strategies and HR operations and is responsible for broad-based and executive compensation, short- and long-term incentives, salary and hourly reviews, health, welfare, as well as the 401k plan. The VP provides consistent and proactive partnership with internal functions (Finance, Sales Ops, IT, etc.) and external partners/vendors, delivering creative and market-sensitive Total Rewards strategies that are consistent, scalable, and effective. This position is accountable for creating effective awards that motivate employees, ensuring a strategic design that aligns with company culture.

Our Service Desk Analysts are prepared to provide customer centric, first contact support for all user requests. Individuals will respond to support requests of software, hardware, telephony, and network related issues, and these requests are handled via phone, chat, and web portal tickets. In this role an analyst must identify and resolve issues with urgency. Less complex issues will typically be resolved immediately, while more complex incidents are escalated. Confidential data and highly regulated information is handled daily which requires integrity and accuracy in each interaction. The service desk strives to reduce service interruptions of impacted systems by working together to ensure UTI campuses are supported in a meaningful and timely manner.

The Director Financial Aid help change student lives every day while serving as the Financial Aid and Default Management expert for the campus. The successful candidate will be a self-disciplined person who can cultivate positive, supportive relationships with Financial Aid team members, lending institutions, guarantee agencies, and regulatory entities as well as build strong ties between the campus and corporate home office. The work is faster-than-average and requires a confident leadership style that encourages results-driven, task-oriented collaboration. Must have the ability to engage, motivate and build an effective team using a lively and inclusive communication style. She/he must also be able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with issues while collaborating in a customer-focused manner with other campus departments like Admissions and Student Services. Success in this role is measured by the student experience, leadership development, and timely receipt of student funding.

Supports retention and completion efforts through advising and supporting students with any academic, attendance or personal issues.  Has extensive technical knowledge of each area of Student Services to provide back up support as needed.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Porsche Automotive Instructor.   Position Overview: Working in concert with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) personnel deliver curriculum at various OEM Learning & Performance Centers, or other OEM locations.  This position will provide instruction, coaching, technical expertise and encouragement while allowing technicians or students structured opportunities to improve their own proficiency. The Program Readiness Coordinator (PRC) partners with the Admissions Representative and Financial Aid Advisor to ensure students complete all necessary steps to successfully start school. The PRC guides, creates awareness, encourages engagement, and fosters student excitement prior to program start while providing support and ensuring key deadlines are met by enrolled students. Throughout the process the PRC delivers Service Excellence by providing clear and accurate information, and keeping the student focused on starting their education at UTI/MMI/MIAT. As they partner with other departments, the PRC must be customer focused, enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.   A successful candidate will have strong relationship building capabilities in person as well as over the phone and communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner to ensure the best possible student experience.   Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
