The Campus Buyer is responsible for overseeing several campuses’ site procurements.  The primary responsibilities include supplier negotiation and management, collaboration with internal departments, purchasing of materials, equipment, supplies and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures.  The Campus Buyer will review and analyze purchase requisitions, investigate and develop sources of supplies, prepare routine RFQ’s/RFP’s. review quotes, interpret purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, act as a liaison between user departments and vendors.  This position requires the use of initiative and independent judgment.
