Responsibilities

As a Student Finance Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality student experience through impactful training programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and facilitate training programs for new and current student finance staff
  • Create and maintain financial aid content, curriculum, and processes
  • Partner with operations, advising, and compliance teams to build impactful training materials
  • Assess new hire skill gaps and create development plans
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data, metrics, and feedback
  • Support consistent, compliant, high-quality student experiences

Qualifications

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years in training, content development, or facilitation
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Experience presenting to diverse groups (virtual and in-person)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to travel 25–35%
