Full-Time | Onsite

As an Academic & Career Advisor, you’ll support students from before their first day of class all the way through graduation and beyond. You are the go‑to resource helping students navigate academics, build confidence, and prepare for the workforce.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new student orientation & support blended learning
  • Advise students on academics, attendance, and personal challenges
  • Run résumé workshops, mock interviews, and job search coaching
  • Build employer relationships & coordinate career fairs and events
  • Support student housing needs and mediate conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and student changes

Qualifications

🎯 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in education or student services preferred
  • Strong advising, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using Word, Excel, and student systems
  • Good judgment, problem‑solving, and confidentiality
  • Flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students succeed
