As a Scheduling Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for scheduling across multiple campuses. You’ll play a critical role in aligning resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring students have the best possible experience. This is more than just scheduling—it’s about shaping success!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in course scheduling for multiple campuses and programs
  • Optimize processes to maximize student opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a seamless student experience
  • Mentor scheduling teams and drive best practices
  • Troubleshoot challenges and strategize solutions
  • Support campus teams and make an impact every day

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous UTI Scheduling Experience REQUIRED!
  • Education: HS Diploma/GED + 7 years experience OR Associate Degree + 5 years experience
  • Skills: Project management, strategic thinking, MS Office proficiency
  • Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skill
  • Some weekends required.
