Student Worker (High Risk) - UTI Mooresville

Our student worker graduated, so we’re looking for a new team member to join our campus facilities crew. Student worker roles and responsibilities may vary by campus and department. We’re looking for a UTI student, in good standing, who is responsible, quick to learn, action-oriented, and responsive to others. This is a part-time position.

Eligibility Requirement: This position is open only to currently enrolled students at Universal Technical Institute (UTI). Applicants who are not active UTI students will not be considered.

Responsibilities include supporting general campus facilities operations, such as:

• Changing light bulbs
• Conducting monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and emergency lighting
• Assisting with event setup and teardown
• Performing light maintenance tasks

Additional duties may include:

• Assisting with receiving responsibilities, including LTL truck deliveries
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Logging and tracking goods received
• Handling interoffice deliveries
