The IT Program Manager provides strategic leadership across multiple interrelated IT projects within enterprise programs. This role manages program resources, budgets, risks, cross-functional dependencies, and ensures delivery of integrated solutions that support long-term business value. The IT Program Manager leads governance structures, facilitates executive stakeholder engagement, and oversees change management and benefits realization across the program lifecycle.
Pay Range: $108,000 - $150,000

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise programs composed of multiple related IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to evaluate program success and inform strategic adjustments
• Influence executive decision-making by providing insights on program performance, risks, and opportunities
• Lead governance structures and steering committees to ensure strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee change management and communication strategies across program initiatives
• Ensure benefits realization and post-implementation value tracking
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to allocate resources efficiently across various projects
• Review technical developments and work with teams to develop viable solutions to challenges encountered during project execution
• Develop integrated program plans and manage program budgets, timelines, risks, and interdependencies
• Prepare and present program status reports and dashboards to senior leadership
• Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Ten (10) years of experience in IT program and project management, including enterprise-level initiatives (required)
• Experience in management of complex, cross-functional IT initiatives
• Expert understanding of Program Management, and Adaptive Project Management methodologies as well as agile frameworks and ways of working
Licenses / Certifications:
• PMP Certification (Required)
• PgMT Certification (preferred)
• Valid, state-issued driver's license (required)
