What We Offer:

 

• $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Student Services team through strategic direction and operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the student experience and support institutional growth.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to align student services with broader campus and organizational goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with accreditation and licensing standards through rigorous audits and staff accountability.
  • Achieve key departmental outcomes including scheduling efficiency, advising benchmarks, and student satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of coaching, recognition, and professional development to empower staff and boost performance.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum five years leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in an administrative position in the Student Services office of a public or approved private post-secondary school is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong motivational skills.
  • People and leadership skills and abilities.

Abilities

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
