We’re looking for a skilled Information Technology Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on connecting top technology talent with the right opportunities. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Information Technology division, playing a critical part in driving our organization’s growth and achieving key business objectives. You’ll work side-by-side with hiring managers, HR, and key stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and craft innovative recruitment strategies that attract the very best. From sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and guiding them through the onboarding process, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle IT Recruiting

  • Manage the candidate pipeline for IT roles, ensuring alignment with evolving technical skill needs.

  • Partner with IT hiring managers to understand team structures, tech stacks, and priorities.

  • Oversee recruiting from posting and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Use technical recruiting tools and networks to attract top IT talent.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with IT leaders and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and market positioning.

  • Expand talent reach through vendors, community organizations, and industry groups.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Stay informed on IT talent trends, skills in demand, and market shifts.

  • Craft targeted, compelling job postings.

  • Represent the organization at tech-focused recruiting and networking events.

Process & Compliance

  • Promote consistent recruiting practices across IT by training and advising managers.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.

  • Keep accurate recruiting records and track key metrics.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years’ IT full-cycle recruitment experience with strong knowledge of technical skills, certifications, and industry trends (required).

  • Multi-state, multi-site recruiting experience (required)

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ICIMs), sourcing platforms, and HRIS (UKG) (preferred)

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to foster and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships

  • Proven success in building candidate pipelines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to leverage social media, professional networks, and industry platforms for talent sourcing

Technical Proficiency

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ATS (iCIMS), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, Threads, etc.), and enterprise-level tools (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.)

    • Experience using technical sourcing tools and Boolean search for IT talent acquisition

    • Comfortable working with data, reports, and recruiting metrics to guide decision-making
