Overview

As a Receiving Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute, you'll be the crucial first responder for all incoming goods, ensuring everything arrives safely and gets to where it needs to be. You're the gatekeeper of our supplies, the master of inventory, and a vital link in keeping our campus running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Master of Intake: Receive shipments like a pro, whether it's a single box or a whole freight delivery.
  • Inventory Ace: Visually inspect deliveries and accurately log them into our computer tracking system – you're the first line of inventory defense!
  • Guardian of Goods: Keep items safe and sound until their rightful owners claim them or provide delivery instructions.
  • Discrepancy Detective: Team up with Purchasing to solve any receiving riddles and keep things accurate.
  • Communication Commander: Answer calls and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude, directing them to the right place.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: No specific experience listed, but eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic are a huge plus!
  • Skill: Basic computer skills (navigating programs, data entry).
  • Skill: Good communication skills (written and verbal) and a knack for customer service.
  • Skill: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail – nothing gets past you!
