Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead and develop robust student finance operations across multiple campuses, ensuring adherence to C-suite level financial and budgetary guidelines.
  • Drive consistent, world-class student service by implementing efficient policies and processes that empower students to achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies, actively collaborating with Home Office leaders on controls and reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration within our matrix organizational structure, ensuring alignment and seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively manage and optimize campus and central team operational budgets, demonstrating exceptional fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in student finance or higher education, with significant multi-location oversight.
  • Certifications: N/A
  • Skill #1: Deep financial acumen and C-suite level understanding of budgeting, financial aid regulations, and strategic financial planning.
  • Skill #2: Exceptional ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performance teams of 100+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill #3: Proven expertise in navigating and collaborating effectively within a complex matrix organization, with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Skill #4: Requires 50% Travel
