Director of Education Operations

We're hiring a Director of Education Operations to lead our teams and drive our mission forward. This role is for a strategic leader who is passionate about people and team development. You'll oversee our Education, Facilities, and IT departments, empowering over 80 professionals to create an unparalleled learning environment. Your leadership will directly influence student success and shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational success across education, facilities, and IT, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.
• Inspire and guide educational leadership, overseeing instructional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience.
• Champion campus-wide collaboration to optimize student persistence, retention, employment, and financial performance.
• Oversee seamless IT operations and ensure the readiness of campus facilities and instructional equipment.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top operational talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.
• Experience: 10 years of progressive professional experience in operations or service-related industries, with 5 years in leadership or management, including P&L/budgetary responsibility.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Skills: Ability to navigate a matrix organization and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Abilities: Must be able to sit and walk for prolonged periods, use a keyboard, and occasionally travel overnight.
