Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the Education department, ensuring budget control, program relevance, and alignment with UTI’s vision.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Admissions, support departments, and industry partners to drive student success.

  • Guide and develop education leaders and instructors through training, coaching, and performance standards to deliver an exceptional student experience.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive corrective action to meet campus and departmental goals.

  • Ensure full compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and campus security standards, including responsibilities as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).

  • Foster a high-performance, engaged team culture by recognizing achievements, offering growth opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in the areas of Education, Business Administration, or Management preferred
  • 5-10 years leadership or management experience

  • People and leadership skills and abilities
  • Time management and organization skills, can adapt to a changing fast-paced environment

  • Occasional overnight travel.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment.
  • Work is infrequently performed near moving mechanical parts
  • Short periods of limited exposure to non-hazardous levels of dust, light welding fumes or airborne particles.
