Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp)

Location: Remote
Type: Temp 3-Month (with Possible Extension) 

Pay: $28.00/hr. 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This contract role will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing onboarding logistics, supporting background checks, and maintaining accurate candidate records—all while ensuring compliance and consistency across the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

  • Oversee background check and onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS (iCIMS and UKG preferred)

  • Conduct virtual orientations and assist with I-9 processing and E-Verify

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and reporting

  • Track employee referral and sign-on bonus payments

  • Audit requisitions and documentation for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS (preferably iCIMS), and HRIS (preferably UKG)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
