The Contract- Talent Acquisition Partner - iCIMS Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing and optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of iCIMS, including system configuration, user support and training, troubleshooting, and maintaining data integrity. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR teams, and IT, the iCIMS Administrator ensures that the system aligns with recruitment workflows and compliance standards. The role also supports reporting and analytics needs, contributes to process improvements, and partners on system updates and enhancements to improve the overall candidate and recruiter experience. Additionally, this position may assist with employer branding tools, job board integrations, and other technology platforms that support talent acquisition initiatives.

 

What We Offer:
• Competitive Salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Data Maintenance & Data Insights

  • Generate and distribute key reports from iCIMS, including weekly
  • Gauges reports by region to track recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Create and nurture candidate engagement reports to enhance productivity and streamline communication timelines.
  • Perform cross-platform data integrity analyses, resolving inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for critical recruitment metrics, workforce insights, and operational analytics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards integrating metrics such as Source of Hire, Source of Retention, Internal vs. External Hires, and Manager Effectiveness insights.
  • Ensure data integrity across reporting tools while adhering to data privacy regulations

 

Process Implementation and Compliance

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the implementation of a consistent recruiting process organization-wide through training, coaching, and influencing hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations and laws.
  • Driving consistency and accuracy in documentation for recruiting activities that provides valid data on key metrics.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition, or similar sales role
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience (required)
  • Corporate, sales, skilled trades, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience using various applicant tracking systems, sourcing software, and human resources information systems (preferred)

Skills

  • Hands-on expert experience with iCIMS, including system navigation, data extraction, and leveraging platform capabilities to support full-cycle recruitment and talent analytics initiatives.
  • Experience working with recruitment tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Proficient in Excel and data manipulation; familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics tools preferred.
  • Proven track record in report development, dashboard creation, and proficiency in utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using productivity software (MS Office), ATS (iCIMS), various social media platforms (Indeed, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and other enterprise-level software (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Proficiency with using and leveraging social media and professional networks.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, sales and influencing skills
  • Excellent Organization time management skills
  • Actively look for ways to assist with candidate's needs
  • Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Drive, and be accountable for, results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
