Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate your team of Admissions Representatives to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
  • Drive Results: Oversee campus tours, deliver compelling presentations, and track progress towards enrollment targets.
  • Champion the Student Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the Regional Campus Admissions Director and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solve & Innovate: Identify challenges, develop solutions, and continuously improve processes to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/management preferred. High School diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, including customer presentations. 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
