  • Hours: Full-Time, M-F, 1030 am-7:30 pm

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Keep the Resource Center running smoothly by handling administrative tasks and data entry, while managing the center’s budget.
    • Stay on top of curriculum changes and help order, receive, check-in, and control inventory.
    • Elevate the student experience by guiding students and staff on how to effectively search and retrieve information, and by distributing important items such as textbooks, parking passes, and student ID badges.
    • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures to maintain the integrity of UTI’s programs.
    • Handle other tasks as assigned (no two days are the same!).

Qualifications

What You Need to Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
