As the Total Rewards Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting, managing, and administering employee compensation and benefit programs. You will be responsible for maintaining precise compensation data, conducting in-depth analysis on salaries and market trends, assisting in job evaluations, developing compensation structures, and ensuring adherence to pay regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus on data entry, analysis, and learning essential compensation strategies under the mentorship of senior team members.

Responsibilities

Compensation Administration

  • Proactively manage the Compensation inbox and promptly address employee inquiries related to compensation matters.
  • Play a key role in administering compensation and benefits programs, encompassing salary structures, incentive plans, and bonuses.
  • Support the annual compensation review process.
  • Verify compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Execute precise data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate benefits and compensation records.
  • Verify and input employee compensation information into the HRIS.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation reports and metrics.
  • Assist with benefits activities as needed, including but not limited to Open Enrollment and annual audits.

Market Research and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to align competitive compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (required)
  • Prior experience or internship in HR or Total Rewards (preferred)

Skills

  • Skills required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
