Position Overview:
As the Regional Vice President of Campus Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our campuses' success. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest standards of education, student support, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Lead: Provide visionary leadership to campus teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student success.
  • Innovate and Execute: Develop and execute strategies to drive student enrollment, retention, and placement outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Form strong alliances with a wide variety of Corporate and Division stakeholders to build a broad base of support for successful implementation of key campus strategies and initiatives.
  • Community Champion: Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and community stakeholders to enhance student opportunities and employer engagement.
  • Lead by Example: Create a culture that embodies UTI’s core values of wisdom, fun, caring, innovation, courage, and trust.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership in operations or sales within higher education. 
  • Strategic Deliverables: An ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility.
  • Complex Problem Solving: An ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Management of Personnel Resources: Experience motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Management of Financial Resources: An ability to determine how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
  • Remote Leadership: Knowledge, experience, and a history of success in managing functions and people from a distance
