The Student Support Coach is a campus based position that will assist new students in their acclimation to blended learning and provide ongoing support during the first five courses to enhance the student experience and improve student success/outcomes. The Student Support Coach will dedicate additional time to students who are identified as at-risk and provide interventions, strategies, and support based on the concerns presented.  In addition, the Student Support Coach will help direct students to appropriate support departments as needed.  The Student Support Coach is an essential component of students’ blended learning experience and will help a diverse population of learners overcome obstacles to fulfill their educational objectives.

The Program Readiness Coordinator (PRC) partners with the Admissions Representative and Financial Aid Advisor to ensure students complete all necessary steps to successfully start school. The PRC guides, creates awareness, encourages engagement, and fosters student excitement prior to program start while providing support and ensuring key deadlines are met by enrolled students. Throughout the process the PRC delivers Service Excellence by providing clear and accurate information, and keeping the student focused on starting their education at UTI/MMI/MIAT. As they partner with other departments, the PRC must be customer focused, enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.   A successful candidate will have strong relationship building capabilities in person as well as over the phone and communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner to ensure the best possible student experience.   Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!

The Financial Aid Advisor delivers on our commitment of Service Excellence by building rapport, delivering clear and accurate information, offering effective solutions, and maintaining contact with students, their families and other influencers as they move through the financial aid process. A successful candidate will enjoy working collaboratively in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills, and communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner. Advisors are typically assigned to either future students or active students. Those that support future students are focused on ensuring those students are prepared to start school. Those that support active students focus on ensuring students have the support they need while attending school.

Perform activities in support of student-facing campus accounting/operations functions. Participates with other service areas to facilitate consistent delivery of service and information. Responsible for payment transactions including billing, collections and disbursements. Assist with campus events, to include Orientation and Registration.

The Local Admissions Marketing Manager (LAMM) drives local marketing and admissions activity in their perspective market by coordinating the representation of UTI/MMI at High schools, industry related on-campus and community events such as car shows, festivals, dealership receptions, and campus open houses. The LAMM will be the main contact and emcee for these events and must enjoy making connections with people while motivating and inspiring them to follow their dreams. Therefore, a self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.  Particular emphasis will be placed on building relationships with industry contacts, High school and community leaders in order to increase visibility for the campus in that local market. The job environment is fast-paced, results oriented and requires strong initiative and self-direction; as well as frequent travel, working weekends and evenings are necessary in order to achieve success.
