Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management (preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in marketing or event management with a particular
experience in onsite and offsite events (required) - Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a cross-functional organizational environment
(preferred) - Minimum one (1) year experience with developing and negotiating sponsorship agreements
(preferred) - Minimum one (1) year of experience in event planning and execution background including lead
generation (preferred) - Knowledge of basic marketing & advertising disciplines (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Licenses / Certifications
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license; license class may vary based on state-specific
requirements (required) - Meet DOT requirements and pass a driving test (required)
Skills
- Strong communication skills across all business channels
- Skilled in operating and driving large vehicles (class 3)
- Skill and comfort with public speaking and facilitating presentations
- Strong attention to detail and focus on execution, follow-up and measurement of event success
through analyzing metrics - Communicate orally and in writing

Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
- Events may occur outdoors, creating exposure to variable weather conditions.
- This position is designated as Hybrid (combination of on campus and remote); Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
- Overnight and/or Local travel required (up to 80%)
